Today i was thinking about what things people weigh up when they decide their level of perceived inclusion at a church or within a ministry.
The results?
A sense of belonging and acceptance.
Feeling they can contribute.
Being encouraged and uplifted by being involved.
Growing due to what is being offered for them.
