Who was the change champion?

I'm currently working at my fourth church, having started at my last church a few weeks ago, and at each one, inevitably, things have changed.

But the key to a successful change is only exposed once the leader moves on.

For then it will become know if the leader was the force behind the change or if enough people brought into the vision to continue the new pathway.
